How to Enrol

We are delighted that you are considering ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV. The school you choose will play a significant part in your child and your family’s life. It is where children spend at least five out of their seven days of the week, for most of the year! Given the investment you make financially and emotionally, choosing the right school takes care and consideration, and assistance from the school from the start is crucial in helping your decision-making.

It would be a privilege to assist you to understand what an ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV education would look like for your child, and more than that, what the ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV community would mean to your family. To apply for enrolment at ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV, parents and guardians are required to complete and return the ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV Enrolment ApplicationÌý³Ù´Ç enrol@oxley.nsw.edu.au and submit payment for the Processing Fee via or by calling the ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV via (02) 4861 1366.

We are currently interviewing for Year 7 2026, and Year 7, Year 3, Kindergarten and Pre-K in 2025. Families are strongly encouraged to apply early for Kindergarten 2026.

Enrolment Process

1. Prospective families explore ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV via Open Mornings, a private tour, our Prospectus and the website.
2. Submit an Enrolment Application. Upon the ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV’s receipt of the Application, together with the required processing fee of $220, the child’s name is placed on the Admissions list for the required year of entry. Submitting the application itself does not constitute enrolment. A letter confirming receipt of the application will be sent via email.
3. In the years preceding entry, all applicants will be invited to an interview with a member of the ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV Executive. For Year 7 applicants, this will occur two years prior to the year of entry. For Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Year 3 (2025 only) applicants, this will occur early in the year prior to entry. For all other years, the interview will occur as soon as a place is available in the desired year of entry.
4. Pending outcomes of the enrolment interview, a Letter of Offer is issued via email.
5. Acceptance of the offer by the parents is confirmed following receipt by the ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV of the Enrolment Agreement and non-refundable Enrolment Charge of $2,800 by the stipulated date.

Waiting Lists

The ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV policy is to offer places to applicants on our waiting lists, with selection according to set criteria.  These criteria include the date of application, whether a scholarship has been offered, whether the applicant has a sibling/s attending currently or future siblings for the next year, (siblings must have been on the list for at least two years before sibling priority comes into place), family affiliation with ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV – child of an Old ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTVan, (child of an Old ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTVan must have been on the list for at least two years before the Old ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTVan priority comes into place), child of ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV Staff.  The ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV Waitlist Policy is available to download.

Date of Application and Enrolment Variations

1. The date of application applied is the date of receipt of the Application for Registration form and Registration Fee as per the current Fee Schedule.
2. Requests to alter the original year of application will be considered sympathetically, however changes are not granted automatically.
3. If a change is requested and the year specified is not on the original application form, then the date the request is received in writing would normally apply to that year of entry.
4. Prompt acceptance of an offer of placement is required to retain the original date of application.
